Clayton Davis, a Crooksville, Ohio native and standout athlete, passed away this week at an untimely age, leaving his family, friends, and loved ones devastated.

While his family hasn’t yet disclosed the actual cause and manner of his untimely death, some of the social media post states that he was dealing with mental health issues.

Clayton Davis touched the lives of many with his remarkable athletic journey and his kind, cheerful nature.

He excelled in multiple sports, including track & field and basketball, at Crooksville School, leading his team in several victories.

In addition to his athletic skills, Clayton Davis also won the hearts of many as a great friend.

Furthermore, the untimely death of Clayton Davis has left a profound void in the lives of his family, friends, and loved ones.

Many of his loved ones are paying tribute to the late Clayton Davis and extending their heartfelt condolences to his family during this difficult time.

Social Media is Filled With Tributes to Late Ceramics High School Multi-Sports Athlete, Clayton Davis

The whole Crooksville, Ohio, community is mourning the untimely death of Clayton Davis and recalling his memories.

The Rooseville Volunteer Fire Department took to its official social media to pay tribute to the late Clayton Davis and extend its heartfelt condolences to his family.

The post reads:

“Our thoughts and prayers go out to Crooksville Schools, the Community as well as the Family/Friends after a tragic loss this morning.Please just keep the Family and Community in your thoughts and prayers.💙💙🙏🙏💙💙.”

They further added that they will not disclose any information at this time, and all questions and comments will be directed to the Crooksville Police and Perry County Sheriff’s Office.

Another added:

“Today is a devastating Day for Crooksville Schools and this little community as a whole. All of our hearts are crushed and trying to make it make sense.We cant imagine the grief his family is going through and they need everyone’s prayers, thoughts and positive vibes.CD was a Great kid that my family was lucky to have known and excepted him as one of us. He was my son’s Best Friend and they were just like brothers. Seeing him trying to process everything and his BF/Brother gone breaks my heart.Hug your kids tighter everyday and let them know how much you love them and always there for them.Rest easy CD, You will be missed 💔.”

Similarly, many of his loved ones are changing their profile pictures on Social media in honor of their beloved member and Ceramics High School star athlete, Clayton Davis.

Clayton’s contribution to the community and his kind nature will always be remembered.
