Mack Rhoades and his wife, Amy, have been together for many years and are proud parents to three daughters, Nicolette, Natalie, and Noelle .
Mack Rhoades is a former college athletics administrator who served as Baylor University’s Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics since 2016.
Recently, he resigned as Baylor’s Athletic Director on November 20, 2026, after being investigated for a sideline altercation with a player and assistant coach during a September football game.
The controversy centered on reports of both verbal and physical confrontations, which triggered internal probes and ultimately led to his leave of absence and resignation.
Additionally, he has also resigned as chair of the College Football Playoff selection committee.
Baylor emphasized that the allegations were unrelated to football program operations or NCAA compliance.
Mack Rhoades And His Wife, Amy, Met While They Were Both Students At The University of Arizona!

The couple first met while they were both undergraduates at the University of Arizona.
Amy originally planned to set Mack up with her sister, but quickly realized she had feelings for him herself.
