Former Triton Head Coach Dan Boyle Died Leaving His Wife Erin And Three Children

Dan Boyle, who served as the former coach of girls’ varsity basketball at Triton, has left this world.

He always dedicated his life to serving others as a high school teacher for many years at Triton.

Boyle also gave his time as the former head coach of Triton’s girls’ varsity basketball team, and through his involvement in the MCW AAU basketball program and Bishop Fenwick’s basketball community.

He was a trusted friend, a steady presence, and someone people could always remember.

As per the sources, Dan Boyle, who was the head coach for the Triton varsity girls’ basketball team, passed away in March 2026.

His cause of death has not been officially revealed.

Rachel Neilson of Beverly, MA, has organized the fundraising campaign on GoFundMe to help Dan Boyle’s family with funeral .

She wrote,

This GoFundMe has been created to help support Erin and the children in the days ahead and as they begin to navigate their next chapter. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden during this incredibly difficult time. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page and keeping the Boyle family in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you for your support, love, and generosity.

The fundraising campaign aims to collect over $55k, and it has already collected over $31,878.

Dan’s wife, Erin, took to her official Facebook handle and shared the GoFundMe’s official link.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and all of us Triton Community and everyone that knew him during this difficult time .

Heather Schlittler-Reed of Salem, Massachusetts, wrote,

I’m so very sorry for your loss

Moreover, other friends and relatives have also offered their heartfelt condolences and sent prayers to Dan’s family to stay strong.

He is survived by his three children: Michael, Caitlin, and Timothy.

His family will soon reveal the funeral service schedule. Rest in Peace, Dan Doyle.
