Following a University investigation, credible evidence was found that Coach Moore engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a staff member. The University of Michigan’s football program is under scrutiny following the dismissal of head coach Sherrone Moore over allegations of an inappropriate relationship with a staff member.

While the university has not publicly identified the staffer involved, online attention has turned to executive assistant Paige Shiver.

This is apparently the girl that Sherrone Moore was sleeping with. Paige Shiver she is also the daughter of Chicago Bears executive scout, Jeff Shiver.

Shiver was listed as the executive assistant to the head coach.

She recently saw her salary increase from a steady $58,025 to $90,000 for the 2026-25 fiscal year, a jump of approximately 55%.

This change in compensation, noted in public payroll records, coincided with a rise in online speculation connecting her name to the investigation.
