American rapper and songwriter Isis Naija Gaston, also known as Ice Spice, has gained people’s attention not just with her impressive music career but also her high-profile relationship with NFL star Sauce Gardner.

Ice Spice and Sauce Gardner first began dating in February, with their relationship becoming Instagram-official by late April.

The pair were spotted together at events like Druski’s YouTube premiere, the Vanity Fair Oscars party, and even during a kiss cam moment at a Jets game.

In a June interview, Gardner described the relationship as “cool,” and Ice Spice hinted at the romance during a September conversation with Keke Palmer. However, no major updates emerged until recently.

For those wondering about their current status, Ice Spice and Sauce Gardner are no longer together. Reports suggest the split occurred in late October or early November 2026.

Social media buzz and reports indicate that Gardner, who was traded from the Jets to the Indianapolis Colts, is now dating Brooklyn Nikole, the sister of rapper Latto, who has a long-standing feud with Ice Spice.

The couple has been spotted on a romantic vacation and may even have gotten matching tattoos, adding to the speculation. Neither Gardner nor Nikole has commented publicly on their relationship.

As Ice Spice continues to make headlines with her high-profile relationship with NFL star Sauce Gardner, many are curious to know more about her personal life, including details about her parents and siblings.

Isis Naija Gaston, born on January 1, 2000, in The Bronx, New York, to parents Joseph Gaston and Charina Almanzar, is the eldest among the six siblings.

Ice Spice’s mother, Charina, was just seventeen when she gave birth to her; however, her parents divorced when she was two years old.

Furthermore, Ice Spice is blessed with four younger half-siblings, including three sisters from her mother’s side and another sister and only brother from her father’s side.

Ice Spice Considers Herself a Motherly Figure to Her Younger Siblings

While Ice Spice rarely shares pictures of her family, preferring to keep them out of the limelight, she often expresses love and pride for her parents and five younger siblings online.

In an interview with Keke Palmer, Ice Spice revealed that she had a lot of responsibility as the eldest sister, standing as a role model and good example to her siblings.

She added that she got to spend time with both of her families growing up, and she always felt like a mother who raised them.

“So I got to spend time with both of them growing up. But it was a lot of responsibility. I always say I feel like I’m a mom cuz it’s like I feel like I raised them.”

Ice Spice also revealed that her youngest baby sister is 13 years younger than she is and stated that the responsibility of raising younger siblings has shaped her music career, too, and has made her more responsible professionally.

Very little information is available about Ice Spice’s four sisters, as they prefer to maintain a low profile; however, her only brother, Joseph ‘Joey’ Gaston Jr., is thriving in her career as an athlete and model.
