A young soccer player from Nashville, Tennessee, Micah Lehman, has died, leaving behind his parents, Scott Lehman and Leslie Lehman.

Micah Lehman played soccer for his school, while his father, Scott Lehman, proudly supported him from the audience stands.

Although Micah was adopted by Leslie and Scott, both parents raised him as their own son, offering him love, guidance, and everything they could provide throughout his life.

Parents Ask for Privacy While Mourning the Passing of Their Beloved Son, Micah Lehman!

Micah Lehman, a young golfer, passed away on November 25, 2026, as confirmed by his father, Scott Lehman, in a Facebook post.

In the post, Scott asked everyone to respect the family’s privacy as they navigate the mourning process and cope with the grief they have been enduring.

Although Micah passed away just one day before his 18th birthday, he is deeply missed by many, especially his loving parents, who were the pillars of support in his life.

Having a career in sports as a successful golfer, Scott’s upbringing helped Micah shape his own path in soccer, though his journey was tragically cut short.

As the Lehman family mourns their beloved son, many community members who knew Micah have shared their sympathy and support.

One person in the comments praised Leslie and Scott for raising Micah with love and care, saying;

There are no words that will ease your pain. You and Leslie gave him a life that he would have never known without you. Cherish the memories, he is in the arms of the Lord. Until you see him again, he will be with you looking down, grateful for the life you gave him .

Another person, said to be Micah’s third-grade teacher, also wrote in the comments:

With a heavy but grateful heart, I remember Micah as his third grade teacher. He was such a joy—kind, gentle, and always carrying a smile that brightened the room. Knowing him was truly a gift. I am praying for your family, that the Lord would hold you close, surround you with His peace, and comfort you in this season of deep loss. Sending you both love and continued prayers.

While everyone is keeping the Lehman family in their prayers, Scott, who is asking for some time to mourn, has scheduled the visitation.

People can join the Lehman family for Micah’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the City in Spring Hill, Tennessee.

With the mourning period ongoing in the Lehman family, we express our heartfelt condolences to them and everyone who knew Micah.

Rest in Peace, Young Soul!
